        Made an appointment, moved all of our furniture then they didn't show. No call, nothing. Called later and scheduled for the next weekend. Again, a complete no show. As unprofessional as it gets. They also will lie to your face. Gave one star because it's the lowest rating but a big fat "0" is more appropriate. Call someone else.

        I have used other carpet cleaners in the past. No more. I have found the champ. If you want amazing service and a reasonable price Ritchies is the one. Home town feel and very professional. My carpet was actually shining when they left.
