        In August, 2016 I purchased from Shore Appliance Connection an LG washer/dryer combination unit that cost me a total of $l,593.35. The first unit they brought to my home was damaged so I told the delivery man to not take it off the truck. The second unit was installed in my home, model #WM3488HW, serial #607WNM72687. On the front of the unit it reads "True Balance, Anti-Vibration System. The unit seriously vibrates and rattles very loudly during the wash cycles. I am not asking for a refund. I want Shore Appliance to stand behind the products they sell and replace the unit.

        We are sorry to hear you are having a problem with your new machine. I will have service contact you today to evaluate the situation. After review we have found that Shore Appliance Connection service department and two additional companies all three have the same independent finding that the washer is not sitting on a solid surface causing the unit to vibrate and shack. I have offered to come out personally and run the unit through a complete cycle and conduct a test to determine if the floor is suitable for the washer to operate properly and you have refused the service. Should you reconsider please contact me directly at the store and i will be happy to come out.

        GREAT COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. PRODUCTS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE WONDERFUL. DON'T BE FOOLED BY DEPARTMENT STORE SALES. WE WILL BUY ALL OUR APPLIANCE FROM THERE. SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL COMPANIES AND NEIGHBORS.

        Outstanding Service

        When we renovated our kitchen in 2005, we bought Thermador gas stove top, micowave, warming oven, wall oven, and Whirlpool counter depth refrigerator from Shore Appliance Connection. Since then we have had four service calls on the Thermador products which doesn't speak well for Thermador, but Shore Appliance gave us outstanding service and assisted us in getting Thermador to stand behind their products, even after the 1-year warranty had expired. While the Thermador products could and should be more reliable, we are happy with their overall performance, and would probably buy them again for their outstanding features and good looks! The repairs were not major or terribly expensive.
