Great Service. Quick and professional. Explained the process and replaced what was necessary. I will be taking my other vehicles here also.

Was running errands this summer and when I came out of one business my car wouldn't start. Called Triple A and they sent Tristan. He arrived promptly, was very efficient and professional. It was a very hot day, but he got things done quickly and explained everything as he went along. Please to do business with him.

Locked my keys in my car with it running. Tristan came to help. He was great, fast, easy, and friendly! He even said he wished he had known my car was still running, he would have gotten here faster. Only had to wait 30 minutes though. Thanks Tristan!

Tristan was very courteous and helpful in starting my Jeep’s dead battery. He also took the time to explain to me how to use the jumper cables. I was very happy with the service provided.

Tristan arrived to my location soon after I called; he was professional and helpful as he answered my questions and unlocked my car so I could retrieve my keys. Very polite man. Could not ask for a better experience.

Very unprofessional, horrible place.

I took my truck to grant`s for a Maryland vehicle safety inspection,when I picked the vehicle up there was a large chip in the windshield that WAS NOT there when I dropped the truck off the previous day. also the spring on the top driver door hinge was dislodged and hanging off,when I tried to close the door the spring fell off on the ground.The door WAS NOT broken when i dropped the truck off the previous day.
I very concerned about what else they might have broken while they were monkeying around under the hood and under the truck.

Basically they charged me $60 to break my windshield and my door hinge.

as for the inspection itself they claimed that a brand new lower ball joint with less than 100 miles on it has the same amount of wear on it as the original upper ball joint with 150,000 miles on it.
They claimed that brand new brake rotors with less than 100 miles on them already have measurable wear on them.
They claimed that my vehicle, which is so quite you can`t hear it running when you are standing next to it, needs a new exhaust system.

These guys are complete amateurs they are either completely incompetent or they are deliberately trying to rip people off.
This was the first time I have been to grants and I won`t be going back!
