Baileys offers Horrible service, they're never prompt, they have dirty taxis, and incredibly creepy drivers. Never use Baileys

Slow service, rude employee's, slow taxi drivers, they be smoking in the car, doing whatever they please, I can't Do it with them

I have used this service several times before, and every time has been awful. I had one driver smoke in the car with me and a friend in the car. I had two others just unprofessional, and all three were late; at least over 30min. Unreliable and rude.

I've used this service a couple times now toget to work and every time has been fine except the last two. Every other time took less than 10 minutes to get to me but last week it took them 20 minutes to get to my house and I was late to work and very frustrated. It was then a slow day at work (I'm a waitress) and i was sent home early having no tables that night therefore no money. So i paid for a cab to take me to work late to get sent home so I basically just threw money out the window. Now today I call even earlier to give more time so Im not late. I'm waiting and waiting and call my boss to let her know I will probably be late again and then I callback to baileys and was like I called for a cab 20 minutes ago and it's not here. and the lady was rude and like yeah well I know when you called I wrote it down the cab is on the way okay? yeah okay but that's not the point the point is it should take 20 minutes to get to my house!! And now I'm late AGAIN and THEN my boss calls and says oh you know what just don't come in to work tonight so amazzzzingly I'm losing even more money. Not calling here again

I called my usual taxi service, and they told me it would be an hour wait. So I called baileys. Before my taxi arrived, I had to call eight times. The lady answering the phone was very rude, and hung up on me multiple times (hence the numerous call backs). It has now been over forty minutes since I called and was told it would be twenty. I have since asked for time estimates and the operator hung up on me and did not give an answer. I had work at four, and forty minutes should be ample time for a ten minute taxi ride... Yet I am still sitting outside waiting and will be late to work as a result. If the estimate given to me was accurate then I could have called another company but instead I was given an inaccurate estimate and no communication about updated times.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Takes over 45 minutes to come and I always have to call twice. Drivers are threatening and rude.
