Cars-Port Taxi

VERY poor customer service from female dispatcher yesterday ~ 80+ yr old women left waiting 1-1/2+hrs, you made her late for her medical appt, you bullied her, tried to over charge her an extra $5, abandoned her by not taking her to her much needed appt. SHAME on you! SHAME on you for lying to this beautiful elderly women who relies on public transportation! She received excellent care & was treated with respect & rescued by London Livery.

If it were possible to choose zero stars, I would have done that. This company is completely unreliable! My elderly mother was waiting for a ride from an elderly high rise in Amesbury and nobody showed up. She needed to be at the doctors so she began walking to the doctor's office (5 miles away!!), and slipped and fell and injured her hip. And then when I called to complain, the woman said she wasn't working so it was someone else's fault and gave me a lame "sorry". Do not use this company!

The women driver for this company is the rudest, most vulgar human being I have ever come in contact with. She basically assaulted me with her words and she was doing this in front of a new customer. When I called the company to complain, they just brushed it off like it was a everyday occurennce. If I could give this company no stars I would. It's a shame they way someone who deals with the public actually treats the public.

I needed a ride to the hospital in the next town from where I live for a minor procedure. I hesitated to call Port Taxi because of negative reviews, but I didn't know anyone else. I don't know what those people's issue was, but I got some of the best service of my life. I called Friday to reserve for Monday. A very pleasant guy, George, showed up on time in a clean vehicle. I had to call for a ride home with no notice and someone was there in less than 15 minutes. I don't remember the second guys name but he was nice also. Since I had foot surgery he offered to help me into the house, which I didn't need, but he waited until I was inside to leave. I was so amazed I gave both guys a $5 tip for a $15 ride. There is so much crappy so called service out there that I wanted to make a point of commending these guys.

this company is the same as car taxi and they have the worst drivers and dispatchers around they always make you late for your appointments you need to call them 1 hour before yout time you need to go.never ever use them

port taxi is always on time and there drivers are professional
