AWFUL!!!!!! I brought some very expensive, delicate clothing here and spoke with THE OWNER about how they would clean the items. They were two tops with jewelry pieces woven into them, so they couldn't just throw them into the machines like they usually would with normal dress shirts. The owner told me they would place them on hangers and clean them by hand. I also dropped off a BRAND NEW DRESS that i had traveled with and was wrinkled, I had never worn it! When the clothes were supposed to be done I went to pick them up and they said they weren't ready, they were very vague about what was going on. Three days later I went to pick up the clothing and IT WAS A NIGHTMARE!!! The shirts were in pieces because they did put them in the machine WHEN I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER WHO HAD REASSURED ME THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN! MY BRAND NEW DRESS HAD A HUGE STAIN ON IT THAT THEY CLAIMED WAS ON THERE WHEN I DROPPED THE DRESS OFF AND THEY COULDNT REMOVE!!! THEY TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR WHAT THEY DID AND JUST TRIED TO SEW MY SHIRTS BACK TOGETHER WITH FISHING LINE AND ALMOST DESTROYED MY DRESS TRYING TO REMOVE THE STAIN!!!! NEVER GO HERE! I HAVE SINCE HEARD SIMILAR STORIES ABOUT THIS PLACE FROM PEOPLE LOCALLY. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
