Don't waste your time or money! Ordered a set of new rims for my car. One week later, dropped the car off to get the rims installed, but the rims were the wrong size. The staff re-ordered the rims. Another week later, I came back to get the newly arrived rims installed. This time, the rims had the wrong number of lug nuts. One mistake? Stuff happens. Twice, I don't think so... A complete waste of three and a half weeks of my life! Please go elsewhere for wheel rims.

In early August my mother got the oil in her car changed at Sears. Over the next couple of days we noticed oil leaking from the vehicle. As the car is always parked in the garage we could easily tell this was fresh clear oil. She returned to the Sears and was told they had a shipment of "cracked filters" and that she was the third car in to have this problem fixed.



Either Sears knew of a problem that could have seriously damaged the car (by way of the engine seizing) and failed to notify customers when that supposedly faulty shipment was discovered OR the so-called mechanics there cannot even change an oil filter. Niether option speaks well of them.



I recommend you try anywhere else.
