I seek guidance and help to fill out immigration papers and they agree to fill out the paperwork after I gave her background information. Then I did my own research and after reading several documents I came in conclusion that they had filled out the wrong paper that I had already submitted; so, it made my case last longer. Therefore, I made them aware of the mistake and they had no sympathy and I felt mocked with their responses. They stated they where "not lawyers" I understand they are not lawyers but if they have no knowledge of how to do it why would they agree to do the service. This office needs better train employees and customer service that are qualify and up to date with immigration laws.

This place is horrible. Do not go there, if money is the case there are many other agencies that are willing to help for free. This place is not professional, they have a photographer named Hugo which pretends to know immigration info. BUT he does not, he was the one that helped me and is very unprofessional, very rude, does what he wants even when you give him or tell him the accurate info. He couldn't even do a good job with my passport photos, he cut them in wrong sizes. I feel they take advantage of the poor field workers that don't know any better. I feel they are screwing they're own people instead if helping the. I made them give me my money back because I completed my own application, I typed it and they wanted to charge $220 for basically answering 1 question I left blank and making my application look unprofessional with white out all over. I would not recommend this place poor customer service.

It's the best place in salinas they have answers to all your / or they help you find them!!
