Detailed Consultation The detailed consultation option is an In-Person Detailed Consultation where a licensed agent will visit the property to provide a more specific pricing range after viewing the condition and amenities of the home. This meeting normally lasts 45 minutes to an hour. Leasing Service (Tenant Placement) If you would like us to find a quality tenant for your property, Coast & Valley Properties provides a Leasing Only Service (tenant placement). Residential Property Management Service If you would prefer to not receive a phone call at 3:00 AM about a leaking water heater or broken furnace, Coast & Valley Properties offers a Monthly Management Service.
