Broadway Bingo

Needs New Management:
My fiancé and I have been playing at Broadway Bingo for approximately a year now. We moved from the South Bay and played at several bingo halls in that area. We never had a bad experience until Broadway Bingo. Our last visit I tried to purchase a Broadway Bingo bag not knowing that you are to get one when signing up. I was told it was out of stock for awhile. We never received one at anytime, especially when we signed up. It was suggested that I talk to the manager, which I did. I have never met anyone so unprofessional. I told her that I asked to purchase one but I was told they are given out when signing up. She was also the one that told me they were out of stock at one time and they are back in now. She left, not knowing what she was doing and she came back and told me that we signed up last year and she cannot honor it because she does not know if we received one or not. I told her we never received one. To me if they can check when we signed up, why can’t they check to see if we received one or not or if they were out of stock at the time of us signing up? I could see how this could easily escalate over something so petty and I wasn’t going to allow it to happen. It was her lack of management skills, the way she handled the situation, the attitude that she had that offended me. I told her that we have spent a lot of money there and will take our business elsewhere. She just simply replied, “Ok.” To me if they do help or contribute to Dorothy’s Place, Dorothy’s Place is the one that is losing because of poor management. Sad.
