Bella's Bridal & Quinceanera

I took my daughter's cheer uniform in to be altered on a Tuesday. They said it would be ready for pick up either Thursday evening or Friday morning. I didn't hear from them on Thursday evening so I called them Friday morning. First the employee could not find me in their computer using my name or my phone number, so she went in the back to see if she could find my daughter's uniform. She found it completely untouched. They hadn't even began altering it yet. My daughter needed it that night because she had a game. I even told them when we dropped it off and they said it wouldn't be a problem. Unbelievable. They also wanted to charge me $69 which is outrageous but since they had already pinned her uniform up I went ahead and agreed. Anyway, I had to go pick it up and unfortunately my daughter has to wear it as is until I can take it to a more responsible place to have it altered. They refunded me my money and said, "sorry I don't know what happened, I wasn't here." I will never do business with them again. Which is unfortunate for them because I have kids that would have needed rentals from there and will be sure to let my children's friend's parents know how irresponsible and undependable Bellas Bridal is.
