Windsor Apartments

Do not rent here!! The apartments have rats in which the property manager only allows pest control to lay traps instead of fixing the holes they come through, there's no guttering on one of the units, more than half have rotted window & door frames that she refuses to fix, she doesn't return phones calls on weekends when emergencies like broken water heaters arise, some of the renters are shady to say the least, yard maintenance...what yard maintenance?, etc. This place is the epitomy of slumlord!!
