Ramey Mobile Home Park

The Owners live out of state and she doe’s what ever she wants.
They have a woman who manages Rameys mobile home park for them, you couldn’t ask for a nicer person till she, that is till she get you in there,!
You can’t go in the office to do business, she always has a bunch of her friends in there, she has people in the park putting notices on your door, you know they read them, she puts her work off on other people, she hounds and makes the people who live here miserable until she runs them off, as long as you are her buddy you can do anything you want, rules don’t apply to her friends and they don’t apply if shes afraid you will call animal control on the cat problem we have here.
She has a cat that she keeps in the office you can’t go in and sit down with out cat hair getting all over you, or if you have allergy’s to cats just forget it. She bands your family from coming in the mobile home park and if they come anyway she gets a warrant for them, and with her friends always watching they will be seen. There is a no dog lot rule in here but she is allowing one to stay up with two 80 lb. dogs in them. The rule here is 1 dog not over 40lb’s. and can not be left out side lose or when no ones home, and there are about 4 that run lose a any given time there are 6 large dogs in here 1 of which is a pitt bull that has hurt 3 people already. I know all this because I made the mistake of moving here a few years ago now I’m stuck here in this Prison camp I can’t afford to get my home moved, and she will not give you the phone number or address for the owners.

Sandi is never found when there seems to be a problem. She is never in her office during normal hours and she seems to be taking people's money and the owner doesn't even know about it. Also, she will agree for you to do something maybe put a new flower garden in and she then will say its property damage.. and she tried to tell me who can live.in my home that I own..... I only rent the grass space... also, the parking is horrible, the place smells.of sewage.. and you better make sure that she read your meters right... they will write down the wrong information
