During the power outage ,when it was so hot, they still had a cool ,safe place for my dogs. They never lost power.Even though they were swamped with people checking their dogs in the owners and staff took time to make me feel special asking if I was Ok and not overheated ,offering me a place to cool down with a fan and a bottle of chilled water.Now thats coustomer service.Way to go About Pets. If you take that good of care of thepet owners in a crisis I know my dogs are well taken care of. :)

I bought a photo package and the the pictures showed my dog Bogo splashing in the pool and playing with some other dogs in the park. The smile on his face said it all.Wow. A great place. Every dog is given the royal treatment. Even saw a dog that did not want to go home. My dogs love About Pets they come home clean and tired after boarding. These people do a fantastic job.

We have taken our family dog to About Pets Center several times now for boarding & care. I have been very impressed with their facility & with the care & attention they give the animals. It is a clean, well run place that you can trust to take care of your animal & that has a large area for dogs to run & play while they are there. The price is reasonable for the service that is offered but mainly we don't have to worry while away about the kind of treatment our pet will receive. Our dog actually pulls on her leash to go INTO this place when we take her there. Two thumbs up!
