Mold in apartments. Migraines, rashes, respiratory issues and make you very ill. Not worth health to live here. Owners are horrible and slumlord. Carpet old and smells. They don't change carpet pad. Berber carpet would be smarter choice. Fireplace has carpet around fire box that is over a wood box. Elevator is third world. Parking garage has old grocery carts. Bbq area has old old old and dirty patio sets that's covered in green grime. Grills have peeling paint and burners don't work. Find better place that takes care of their people and apartments. Moving as soon as I can. I put flyers up at work, rent at your own risk.

This location is really great, in walking distance to just about everything.
The units are clean. The complex is very safe and well kept. The people are friendly. There is always someone available to help you and tend to any issues.
I like being able to park my car in the parking garage and not have to worry about it being on the street.
