Center Street Mobile Park

Ghetto...I live here I know. Owner doesn't care about anything but money. Our streets are a mess, we have no sidewalks, we have electrical wires and cable wires hanging everywhere. Nothing in this park is up to code. Houses are 1 ft next to each other..law requires at least 3ft. Now, although they agreed in our rental agreement to pay for water, they are trying to put in water, wastewater, storm water and commodities meters.. making us not only pay for water, but then stating in 6 months they will raise the rent again for us to pay for the meters.
Plus this park is full of drugs and sellers and loaded with 40 + feral cats.
The smell along is horrible much less the fact that these cats destroy your property. Tenants fight with each other constantly and the cops are here a lot.
Don't rent here..beware slum lord.

As people might tell you, or the other reviews say. this is not a good "park" its more of a lot,
rent is known to increase at random for no reason, you have to pay for water and sewage, The "Management" is a joke, all they do is harass the tenants and collect rent checks, Theft is a big problem in the park, prompting me to install some security. Zero stars should really be an option, No one should ever move here. the houses are not worth the prices. and they are Unsellable once purchased. and nothing is worth this Constant Harassment from the management
