Provided by DexKnowsI am so happy with the work these ladies did for my wife. I purchased a groupon for her because she hasn't been happy with her hair for a while. Her hair looked good to me and she was really happy and that makes my life better. I was so pleased that I also purchased from the salon a spa package and they spoiled her all day. I know where ill be buying her future presents, this also makes things easier. Thank you so much to the ladies at allure! I would highly recommend this to other men who dont know what to get their wife!

Provided by DexKnowsHorrible customer service. Staff gossip about customers. I had to finish my eyebrows at home. My hair was not styled. I was insulted twice by the lady cutting my hair & doing my wax. I'll never go back.
I bought a Groupon for this place. I used it to get an eyebrow wax, lip wax & haircut. My first impression walking in was of the woman greeting me, who had no smile & acted like I was bothering her. A customer left & the employee who had done his brows immediately filled the room with gossip about him. That was uncomfortable. The same employee did my brows & lip. She made me feel like a weirdo because I was "missing a piece of eyebrow" as she put it. She knew it was my first wax and LAUGHED every time I winced with pain. Later while cutting my hair I told her I wanted the blonde cut off & she looks at it and says, "Uggg.. is that bleach??" Just so rude. I didn't want to talk to her for fear she would gossip about me like she had the last person. But being insulted twice? The Groupon was for $80. My total was $51. I wasn't given change or a credit or anything. When I asked her about it she just kept saying, "Okay, you are taken care of. It's all taken care of!" and rushed me out the door. I'm wondering if she collected the remainder as her tip. My cut was the quickest haircut I had ever gotten. She barely straightened my hair & didn't style it at all. I had to pluck some of my eyebrows when I got home. She didn't finish the job. I'll never go back. I'll never recommend to anyone- instead I will warn people.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience at Allure. We have had nothing but happy clients leave Allure Salon. We have a reputation for being very professional and down to earth. Groupon is for advertising only, the stylist make zero dollars for the services that they conduct. So for the stylist keeping the remainder, that is false. We hope to meet people with great personalies and upbeat attitudes. Thankyou for your comment.

Provided by DexKnowsThe salon is very nice appearance-wise, and Jessica does amazing things with color and style. I have also heard really terrific reviews of their massages (there is only one woman there who does them and she is supposed to be great) and they have great packages!
