Friendly customer service. We have used this company for many years at 2 different locations and have never had a complaint. Fast response to messages too if you have a question (such as holiday changes in service, etc.). Awesome LOCAL company!

HORRIBLE! Order a roll off and paid and they never called ahead and didn't show up. Tried countless times to call but what kid of business doesn't stay open when there doing business on a weekend. poorly managed !

Customer service and owner are complete jerks. Missed us 5 times this quarter, and promised to come get us later, later means next week. Driver claims not to see their can sitting 2 foot from the road. Even though he saw it there refused to pick up, then shut us off for the end of the billing cycle, but gave customers 6 days to pay before a shut off after the bill came out. How is it possible to pay a bill in 6 days when it takes 3 days to get it in the mail and 3 days to send a check back and two days to process?? The company stood behind the driver instead of listening to customer. Owner actually hung up on me twice when I was the one getting screamed at saying I was wrong. Even though their computer notes were correct that we were missed and the owner was the one in the wrong. Told them to come get their toter, and dont miss it, its the big yellow one at the end of my drive. You have 6 days to get it :)

3 weeks I've been battling with my trash pick up. I have UNLIMITED service yet they pick m choose what they take!!! I've called I've ccomplained. Im 8 months pregnant i cannot be dragging crap back n forth! I prepaid for my service but have yet to receive any!!!! What a joke of a trash company. Ill borrow a truck drive to Salem n leave it on their curb. This is unproffessional crap Im DONE!!!!!!!!!!!"
