St Pete Prep Learning Center

My son started at 1 and is now 2 years old. The changes in him are amazing. He doesn't even want to leave now when we pick him up. Drop offs and pick ups are a breeze but that does take some time. He is talking like crazy, sings songs, counts and does the abcs with a little help. They are really a wonderful group. I call it school because it's much more than a day care. The teachers actually show their love for the children, and it shows. He will be here through VPK.

I would highly recommend them to any of my family or friends.

We just completed our first week here and I can not begin to explain the relief I feel at finding this preschool. From day one the director, Sheila, did everything she could to put myself and my son at ease and provided me updates on how he was doing all day. To find someone that will take the time to make my son that comfortable is a true blessing in any mom's life.



My son loves to tell everyone about his new "school" now. The daily curriculum engages little minds with lessons, as well as, arts and crafts, circle time, music and sensory play. I love all the fun things my son shows me he has done each day and the crafts he brings home for me.



Outside of the amazing staff and learning, the cleanliness and health standards of this facility are above and beyond any similar school. Visibly sick children are asked to remain home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours. They wash hands, theirs and the kids, frequently throughout the day.

If all that isn't enough, they have the best security system of any school I've seen. You have enter your code to get in and wave your hand over a scanner to get out which is at adult height.

I will continue to recommend this school to anyone in need of childcare.

Love this school. My son has been here since he was 1 1/2 years old and is now 3. Can't wait for him to be in VPK next year. I wish they would offer Kindergarten.
