I called and left a message last week...unfortunately they returned the call after I scheduled someone else. However, I got stood up by 2 other companies, never even called to say they were not coming. Called these folks today... They walked me through some ways to fix the problem...and at the moment, the Dishwasher is working.... None of the other companies tried to help me on the phone... For this I reccomend giving these foks a call....and no service charge to boot...

I don't get it, I had them come out and fix my washing machine because it was leaking. They seemed like nice ppl and all and did the repairs. Well, whatever they did didn't fix my leak. They're supposed to have a 1 yr warranty on all repairs, I called them back and scheduled an appointment with them. Not only did they not show up for the appointment or not call when they didn't show up, they friggin hung up on me when I called them back. I wasn't even arguing with them, I just told them my name and they hung up the phone. Now they just screen my calls and it goes straight to voicemail. I really don't understand why they would do that. Needless to say, I'm disputing the charge with my credit card company and will take them to court unless they refund my money. But it sucks that they won't even answer my phone calls. Just hope they get it right the 1st time because they are extremely shady.

It's clean to me that they were concerned with more than just the money. It seemed to me that they really wante to maske sure that I had something good to say about them. And I will honestly say that they were professional., and a pleasure to have in my home
