Kidder & Bennett

I recently reached out to the law office of kidder & Bennett looking at the reviews on different websites including their own I was impressed and excited and relieved that I may have found an attorney that could help me with my situation I called the office to see what steps I needed to take to start the process spoke with the receptionist who was very polite she then transfer me over to Mr. Bennett I explained my situation to Mr. Bennett while explaining my situation to him he cut me off in mid sentence he became really rude to me he then stated I asked you a simple question that requires a simple answer I let him know that I am trying to gain full custody back for my daughter he then stated that is a dependency case go to court to reopen it I said ok he then went on stating that it does not have anything to do with divorce or family law he cant help me regain full custody of my daughter I asked him could he point me in the right direction could he let me know what should I do should I go to the clerk of the court "he then went on stating I could let you know that information but i am not I am not going to sit here on the phone to explain what you steps you need to take that's why I took law school" he then went on stating even if he could tell me what I needed his rate is 350.00 a hour in my case I would need 4000.00 for his advise I would have to go speak with a public defender because I could not afford his time I let Mr. Bennett know that money is not a issue earlier in our conversation I never stated that I could not afford him looking on his website it states the hourly rate IS BETWEEN $200.00 TO $350.00 A HOUR why would I waste my time calling if I could not afford an attorney after my experience speaking with Mr. Bennett I fell very hurt and upset because I felt like he was calling me indigent he treated me like I was ignorant he was judging me before he had the chance to know me this has not been a good experience for me at all

this ordeal. Its difficult to express in words my heartfelt gratitude to Att. Bennett and
associates who stood by my side throughout this difficult period in my life. For me

Mr. Bennett is extremely knowledegeable. Though I had no need to retain him at the present time, he took the time to give me sound advice.
