        Overall

        I agree with previous person. I also had a very bad experience with this company. The maids do not do a good job cleaning and Heidi does not provide good customer service. I was overcharged and there were hairs all over my bathroom walls as if she used a dirty rag to clean. This is the worst maid service out there. I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone.

        Do not use!!

        This is the worst cleaning company EVER!! Heidi has poor customer service and does not run her company well. The maids are always hours late, who do a terrible job cleaning, and try to charge you more than what's expected. Do not hire this company unless you want to reclean your house after they leave and deal with unprofessional people!!
