It took them nearly a month to get out and see my mom. When they did finally see her, they didnt even follow the doctors orders. They did not recognize she had a urinary tract infection- most nurses know that when a patient complains of burning, and they keep falling- THERES SOMETHING WRONG!I HAD TO TELL THE NURSE! After she fell a couple times, I called a different home health. When I let them know we were switching, they TRIED to tell me they would have to check to make sure my mom was allowed to switch! As if they could refuse the patients choice! No one communicates in their office; therapy is clueless to what nursing is doing, and nursing is clueless to what therapy is doing. It was horrible! And the office staff is RUDE!
