Drury Inn

Hotel was nice. Snacks and drinks plentiful. Staff was helpful most of the time. However they got me a horrible Taxi. I asked the front desk for a Clean Non Smoking Taxi. This Ace Cab showed up and it stank. The driver chain smoked the entire way down to the city even when I asked him not too. Then gave me a card and said only his company was allowed to go from St Charles To St Peters.

For the Return Trip I hailed one of these Green cabs from the same company but made sure to get a Van instead of a Car so I would not have to deal with that driver. He charged me $40 up front to take me from Main Street Back to my at Midrivers Mall, he then picked up another group, also charging them and brought them to the Embassy Suites in St Charles. Then told me to get out he had other people to pick up. When I asked for my money back since he had not taken me to the correct hotel, he laughed and sped off. The front desk staff at the Embassy told me that was the way their customers were often treated by these ACE TAXIS and called me a different company to take me to the correct hotel. The hotel also explained that there were other companies that could make the same trip. And they no longer called ACE CAB to there location because there had been insurance problems at accidents in the past.

But the Dury is the one that sent me with theses jerks. Not a very good way to take care of a hotel guest!
