General Info: The BXSP SUMMER MEMBERSHIP SIGN-UP is on through August. Special new member incentives make this a GREAT time to join BXSP!!! The Builders Exchange of St. Paul ( BXSP ) provides a wide variety of value-added services to its members. BXSP offers members a construction plan room, a virtual plan room, construction news, social events, insurance programs, educational seminars, networking, marketing opportunities and many informative publications. BXSP partners with architects, engineering firms, and government agencies from the entire Midwest area. Our valued partners in the design community file plans and specifications with BXSP on public and private commercial construction projects out for bid. BXSP is a trade association that serves the construction industry of St. Paul, the state of Minnesota and the upper Midwest area. We are an alliance of 650 member firms representing general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, construction services firms, machinery, retail, and manufacturing representatives. Our members also include banking, law firms, accounting firms, real estate, surety bonding, insurance businesses, and other professional service providers.
