I must be a minority in what I think about Fareshark. First, I wanted to find out who owns Fareshark, so I could complain about my experience. I called the night before pick up. An Indian man answered and there was a child/children crying in the background. We each had a hard time understanding one another. I needed an 11:00 a.m. pick up to get to the St. Paul Union Station. He said it would be $40-45 dollars. I told him about a coupon for 5 or 10% off; he said it would be $40. The next day, no taxi came at 11:00 a.m., no taxi at 11:30. I was getting panicky, so I called Fareshark back and got the same Indian man. I started to explain that the taxi was late and a taxi pulled up. He put my luggage in the trunk and I got in the back seat. I then found out that I was in the wrong taxi meant for someone else and a different taxi company. Then, I was really getting stressed out. I was so shaky that I couldn't find the Fareshark phone number on my cell phone. I looked up taxi cabs in Stillwater, MN. I called Stillwater Taxi and said it was basically an emergency or I would miss my bus. The Stillwater Taxi came in a car in poor condition. The driver told me strange stories of his life. The cost was $60. He also dropped me off on the opposite side of the Union Center, even though I told him where to drop me off. I then had to run the full length of the parking lot, being the last person on the bus. It was a horrible and stressful situation.I would like to find out who the owner of Fareshark is. I wrote them an email and no one got back to me. I feel they should reimburse me the $20 extra I had to pay. I don't understand where the better reviews for this company are coming from?

Low price compared to what I paid in the past, friendly service.

Showed up on time, driver was very nice and helpful, car was very clean. Only complaint is that I would have liked to be able to book the return trip more than 14 days in advance. But other than that a great service.

I will never use a different service ever again. My driver was so great and the fare was great as well. Fareshark is the best!

Booked round-trip from my house to MSP and back to my home after our vacation. Both times our taxi was right on time and the driver helped us with our bags. We enjoyed the flat rate. It was nice not to worry about what the ride was going to cost us. Highly recommend!

Fareshark is really really nice. I used it for car service to MSP twice now and it has worked great. I love the convenience of booking my ride online and I have total confidence that I will get to the airport on time when I use Fareshark (unlike some of the other companies I have used in the Twin Cities). I highly recommend it to anyone who needs airport transportation.

I am from FL and used Fareshark when I was in MN. My only complaint is that the service is not available in FL! I will use your service for now for all of my trips to Minneapolis!

I highly recommend fareshark.com. I've used it twice now and both times had a very good experience. The service is excellent and I've paid the same or less than if I called a cab or jumped in a cab on the street. I also got picked up in a town car and I ordered a taxi, I definitely can't complain about that.
