Dr. Chase specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of children and adults with environmental allergies, food allergies, asthma, eczema/atopic dermatitis, hives/urticaria, venom hypersensitivity, chronic sinusitis and other allergic diseases.
Pediatric Care
Dr. Nicole Chase earned her medical degree in 2007 from the Medical College of Wisconsin. Following a residency in Pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital from 2007-2009, she pursued a fellowship in Allergy/Immunology at the Medical College of Wisconsin, graduating in 2012.
Primary Care

Internal Medicine
Dr. Caitlin McNulty attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, where she studied medical microbiology and immunology. She completed medical school at the University of Minnesota – Twin Cities. After completing a residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Colorado, she returned to Minnesota and completed her Allergy and Immunology fellowship at the Mayo Clinic.

Our practice offers a wide range of services with innovative treatments for food allergies, seasonal allergies, pet allergies, asthma, nasal polyps, bee sting/venom allergies, hives/angioedema, eczema, and multiple other conditions.
