University Of Phoenix

If you are planning on returning to school to get your degree, the University of Phoenix is not the place to do it. The biggest downfall when it comes to the University of Phoenix is their lack of total and complete transparency when it comes to their financial aid department. The financial aid office in Kansas City does shady business and has even lied to students on the phone. The financial processing center in Phoenix, Arizona also lacks integrity and lack of total and complete transparency.



You're better off looking at another school who's financial aid department is held accountable and is transparent and does not lie to prospective and current students about said students financial aid.

I am in the MBA program, the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful. The classes are challenging. There is a computer lab where you can come do your work. The books are all online which can be a problem sometimes.
