Sentinel Plumbing & Sewer Cleaning

Following days of steady rain, I discovered water in my basement. Further investigation revealed an accumulation of water in my stairwell which was forcing its way under the door seal and into the basement. The drain was not plugged, yet, the water wasn't flowing away from the house into the drainage system. A friend suggested that I call Sentinel Plumbing for help. A personable young man showed up the same day and diagnosed the problem. The old drainage tiles (under the cement stairwell) had collapsed, preventing the water from flowing away from the basement door. The estimate was very reasonable and I ok'd the work. He was able to complete the work that day (which included breaking up the cement, replacing the tiles and pouring a new cement floor in the stairwell). He even stopped back the next week to check on the results. I've not had a problem since. In fact, I've had him back numerous times to add a second bathroom and an additional shower.

I needed my bathroom remodeled. He did a great job - listened to what I wanted and did it.
