Took a 9 mile trip into town with ABC it cost $25. Took the same trip with metropolitan cab and they charged $45. They got lost, drive us 8 miles past our destination, drove back and charged us for the extra 16 miles. The driver bummed a cigarette off of us, had his wife in the vehicle with him, a bag of fireworks and seemed to be sniffing some substance out of a water bottle cap. Reported the incident to his boss and they were indifferent.

It's a shame there is no option for zero stars. We moved out of the district mid-year, and this is the cab company the district assigned for transportation of my two students. The cab was late TWENTY FOUR TIMES total - SEVENTEEN TIMES in one quarter - one time over an hour! The "customer service" (I can't even call it that) reps who answered the phones were rude, and hung up on me regularly when I called to ask where the cab was or when he was expected to arrive. I have written to the district, but WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this unprofessional company.

While the cabs say that they accept major credit cards, the technology for the processing of them is quite outdated and the drivers are extremely rude when you try to pay by credit card and demand cash.

driver got lost after we gave him address and street of restaurant, tried to assist w/ our i-phone map as he was way off base...15 min ride was 40 minutes then became abusive when paying the bill screaming you will pay full price, which was observed by restaurant owner of LoRusso's....cab # 1726 this fine night of Sept 13.
