Greater Missouri Imaging

This was my first time getting a lumbar ESI and I was very nervous. I HIGHLY recommend this facility to anyone needing injections! Once insurance approved, Amy called me right away to get my appointment scheduled. I told her how scared I was. She was very patient, helpful and encouraging. Madi was the nurse who assisted Dr Ruyle. She was very nice, empathetic and informative. She carefully explained EVERY single detail and made sure that I understood exactly what to expect before we got started. Everyone there told me that I was in good hands prior to the procedure. Dr. Matthew Ruyle (Radiologist) also made sure that all of my questions were answered and that I was totally comfortable before we began. He was very knowledgeable and skilled in giving the injection. I do feel that I was in great hands and they made it as close to pain free as possible! They were very professional. The entire staff was so patient. I really felt as though they all took great pride in doing their jobs well and they cared about my well-being. I appreciate how they treated me - as a person and not just a patient.
