I had veneers done by this dentist & they cracked & had to be replaced after only 6 years. Rude staff. Worst dental experience of my life at this office.

I've had horrible dental experiences at Frontenac Dental. Problems with ill-fitting crowns... & porcelain veneers cracking after only 5 years. I know of other patients that have experienced the same thing. At one point I ended up in the emergency room with complications from a procedure. The staff was very rude when I complained of pain & problems. No one at Frontenac Dental has ever called to ask me if I was ok or anything. I was a patient for over 5 years prior & never complained at anytime. They have never given me a refund or any compensation for any of it.

THis person and his practice is on the cutting edge of technoogies and techniques. His staff is the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever seen in a dental office. This office is truly like a "Family."
