I seek to help those affected with alcohol or drug use disorders or other mental health concerns, particularly depression, anxiety, and posttraumatic stress disorder, empower themselves to take back control of their lives. I follow a strengths and empowerment model, and, when appropriate, a harm reduction model to facilitate clients' recovery. For those with a substance use disorder, Twelve Step participation is not required.
