I had a terrible experience at this dental office. It is the same dentist that has Prestige Dental Care, Dr Ilic, which is where I initially had the work done but have been to both office during my two month ordeal. I needed a veneer replaced and ended up with gum recession from the methods used on me. A laser was used to prepare for the impression. After, a temporary was put on that pushed my gum line up above the place it started out and was left on for three weeks. The result was a loss of gum tissue which left me with a black space between the new veneer and the receded gum line. I now am left with no other choice but to start with a new dentist and have a bigger veneer made to cover up the receded gum tissue. Maintaining the gum line is important when doing cosmetic dental work and I was treated with total disregard by this dentist.
