Breakthrough Pain Relief Clinic

I agree the staff is horrible. They make you change office routinely. Doctors are constantly leaving, no stability here. They treat patients horribly and talk about patient conditions and name openly.

Margret the office clerk is incompetent at best !!!! twice I asked her to give me a copy of my records and both times she did not do it. Last Friday she was supposed to mail me my prescription and she did not do it, instead she says oh it's being mailed today. If the doctor who writes your meds is not there TO BAD ABOUT YOU YOU"RE GOING TO WAIT UNTIL THEY COME BACK TO WORK and you will just have to suffer until then.

Well at 1st I thought it would be great having everything in 1 location, close to my location in Jefferson county. I had been going there for about a 3mths, and the "CHIROPRACTOR" who was working with me pretty much gave me half assed service released me when I told him I was still in PAIN!, So I tried to go back to work, which lasted all of 2 mths and was I worse off than the 1st time I went there, because I had just seen this place other clinics suggested I go back to this place, So I did, thats when I found out they were closing that location and as I was told....(That the "CHIROPRACTOR" who I had been seeing was no longer there he had a problem with the closing, because it made his drive too long. So he gave crappy service to his patients because he was trying to cause problems for the people who owned the clinics) that I would have to repeat all the treastments I went through before and start pain blocking shots( felt like had had been beaten with a club on my back, was more painful than the back and neck pain I was suffering from). I ended up there for another year, they kept switching doctors and physical therapist, noone was happy there every time I turn around the new doctor had a new way to treat me. I have since found out from my neurologist I'm lucky they didnt kill me. I have a crushed disk in my neck and it pinches somthing off in my neck to where I now pass out. My new doctors says I'm lucky they didnt break my neck or cause a stroke with "ADJUSTING MY NECK" I wish I would have never heard of this place!!!!!!!!
