Overall

GREAT SANDWICHES. The “Special” is my favorite, have been ordering it since 1975. Tastes as great now as then. Never go to StL without wanting and/or getting one.

Not impressed

Terrible customer service! Sandwich was good, but pricey. Salad dressing was terrible! I've come to expect good things from restaurants on the hill, but this place is highly overrated. I will always an forever love their bread. I go there at least once a month. But the restaurant... Not so good!!!

Amighetti's Bakery & Caf , based in St. Louis, is a restaurant that has been in operation since 1921. Its party and catering menu includes pasta con broccoli, lasagna, spaghetti with marinara, spaghetti with meatballs and mostacolli with meat sauce. Amighetti s special sandwich includes, ham, roast beef, Genoa salami, brick cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, pepperoni and special dressing. The restaurant s dessert trays include cannolis, brownies and assorted cookies. Amighetti's Bakery & Caf also offers box lunches that include half sandwich, chips and can soda. Its pastas and sauces are homemade daily and served with bread and butter. The restaurant also provides soups, salads and a kids menu.
