Accent Dental of Saint Louis

My experience was more than delightful. We had a dental assistant named Zoe, who exceeded my expectations. My daughter went in for treatment, but was having pain also in another area. Zoe asked questions of my daughter, told her she would do x-rays and also validated her feelings. That meant more to me than the work that was done on my daughters teeth. Zoe didn't even know that prior to this appointment my daughter has had a lot of health issues, that has had my daughter depressed. And that made us want to give up completely, and everybody always tells my daughter that the pain will go away. Or that in there experience, or studies show that; and no one seems to understand but Zoe. She understood that my daughter can only tell you the pain and issues that she is having. NO ONE else, but Zoe from Accent Dental acknowledge my daughters concern, validated the issue, and made sure we understood everything pertaining to what it could be and what they will do to try and find out what it is. She did just the opposite of what doctors and dentist and specialist normally do. Zoe, you made our day more than you know and you strengthened my faith in beginning to trust the medical people again. People really don't understand what a simple thing like being validated means to someone who feels like the weight of the world is on them. Thank you again Zoe, You are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!! We need more Zoe's, in the world. She deserves every blessing and more that God already has in store for her.
