It has old windows. The air & heat leak out the windows, door, and walls. The walls are paper thin. If you are still thinking about renting here, look at the apartment, to make sure it is clean. Look in the tub, cabinets, refrigerator, stove, etc. They use cheap paint. It flakes off just by rubbing next to it. It may not have a fresh coat of paint. The paint is running down the walls. The walls are cracked and the paint is peeling off the walls. The utilities are high for a one bedroom, around $100.00 a month and two bedroom $150.00. Do not trusts the agent for the truth ask the tenants. If you complain about anything they will turn it around and put it on you. Agent will not do anything about it. It floods in the basement, water runs in, and goes though the electric boxes. The flooding is due to water main breaks. The water will run in the basement during hard rains. Most of the tenants are very nice.
