Kruse's Auto Center

This was the worst experience I have ever had with car repairs. Kruse's lacked the expertise needed to get my vehicle running, but was happy to charge me for labor hours that did nothing for my truck. Essentially, I was charged $800 to drive my truck 3 weeks before it broke down again and I had to take it to a capable, trustworthy mechanic.

The People at Kruse's are WONDERFUL! We were in St. Joe and my truck broke down. They picked us up, took as back to the shop so the truck could be towed. The let me know that a valve spring break, dropped a valve, but did not damage the piston or cylinder. . .got lucky. Anyway, they gave me several options, and took care of the repairs, kept in touch, quoted almost exact costs, and the truck is running wonderfully. I cannot say enough positive about Jeff and Craig, they were Great. I only wish they were closer, experiencing their customer service and the great job they did was refreshing. . .THANKS GUYS!!!!

As we were driving into Iowa I realized that we did not have antifreeze in our radiator and needed a flush as I knew that temperatures would drop overnight and water expands not to mention the damage that it may cause. I pulled up shops in the area that can do the job and came across Kruse's. They are professional, know what they are talking about and now they will be my official mechanics.

I was on my way back to Lincoln, Nebraska, after a weekend in Kansas City with my fiance. We were on the interstate when my car died. AAA towed us to Kruse's Auto Center. They were so helpful and made us a priority. They rebuilt my alternator, and the mechanic even stayed late to get the job done so that we didn't have to stay in a hotel or rent a car. One of the mechanics also drove us to go pick up lunch. I really appreciated their friendly service and not trying to rip us off. We were back on the road by the end of the business day. Thanks again!
