        I was in the women’s department about two weeks ago and could not find anyone to help me with my selections and when I did find something I wanted to try I could not find the fitting rooms and when I did find the fitting rooms they were locked. I had to take my partials and search to the next department to find help and she showed me where her fitting rooms were and they were loaded full of clothes that were hanging and lying on the floor also. She cleaned up one of the rooms for me and I went in to try on my selections. The floor of the fitting room was filthy along the baseboard and also had safety pins and a straight pin on the carpet. I found the clothing I wanted in the women’s wear and had to go to the junior where to try these things on. I had been at the Dillards at Zona Rosa the day before and your store at East Hills was in shambles compared to the one in KC. I do enjoy shopping at Dillards and hope that you guys get your act together soon.
