ONLY USE THIS COMPANY IF U HAVE THE DESIRE TO BE ROBBED. first time I paid with debit card and tipped $2 for a 3 minute ride only to find that the driver ran my card for almost $15 instead of the $10
Tried contacting owner or manager for a week with no response. Thieves!!!

These folks seem to be alright with me, i hear people say they have long wait times, but i have never had an issue with them. Always there when they tell me they will.

Cab driver harassed and threatened my son. Jodi Embry. Lacks good employees. Need to straighten there business up.

VERY unprofessional and unorganized dispatch. Called for a cab at 12:19, the woman told me it will be one and a half hours. I called them back at 3:09, and the same woman told me she never received a call from my number or received a request for a cab at my address. If i could give them less than one star or take stars away from them, i would. There is nothing American about the way they run their business.

Booked a cab for 75 mile trip. On time, left my wallet and phone in cab with $600 in cash. Driver handed in both. Restores your faith in people. Great company will always get my business

Scheduled pickups are never on time. Won't recommend this company ever
