        Overall

        Caled them for an emergency repair was told they couldn't come out till 1 pm it's -11 degrees outside and they won't come out cause I am a new customer no where on their website does it state that. Shouldn't advertise 24 hr repair!!

        Called Chasco about furnace problem. Appointment was set for the following day at 1:00. They never showed up and never called.
