I went in for an oil change for $29 and left with an $89 dent in my pocket. I agreed to pay $20 for a new air filter but what really made me angry was that after they were done they told me that they didn't stock my oil filter (2015 f-150) so that was extra. $20 extra!?! There is a filter included in the price of the oil change and then they hit me with an extra $20 on a filter I can get anywhere for $10-12. Not happy with the bait and switch tactic from a skinny smug little man-bun wearing prick. Never again.

I have been going here for years. I have been taking my company trucks here for years also. So today went in for a normal transmission flush, but after a while i could tell there was a proplem, it was taking along time, the manager told me one fitting was giving them issues, so i said if there is anything that needs replaced lets do it. My truck is how i make my living so i can have any issues. He assured me it would be fine. So as soon as it was done i drove away only to make it down the road one mile before the truck would not shift. I called them up he came down filled the trany up again, cause the fluid was all over the road and the side of my truck. We drove it back to the shop he assured me he got it on right this time. The owner would not give any discount just a 10.00 coupon and 10.00 to wash my truck and sent me on my way. Im not sure how much money i have spent there over the years but i hope 20.00 was worth it to them. I will never bring any busniess to them again, from me my company or friends and family.
