Golden Corral Restaurants

The first time my family and I came to this buffet was a few months ago. It was kinda like a roadtrip. We live in Vegas and several of us thought we would do the drive to try it out. Crazy idea, in the long run the fun we had driving to and from there was worth it. I was disappointed in the staff. The waitress was rude, cashiers looked like it was the last place they wanted to be.

We made our 2nd trip to the GC last weekend for a conference at Dixie College. I was hoping this time around we would have better service. Same thing, nothing changed. We say in a corner and unfortunately had to listen to the staff gossip about each other the whole time we where there.

The food was decent.

The staff was horrible.

They had a sign that read "Tipping is appreciated for good service" unbelievable!

One think about Golden Corral when my better halves family comes out, we like to go to Golden Corral and that is the pleaser for everyone, the kids love to be able to choose exactly what they want, and oh boy do they love the desserts.

I enjoyed visiting the Golden Corral restaurant. We found the staff extremely helpful, cheerful, attentive and friendly. The restaurant was clean and smelled delicious from the moment we walked in. We don't usually eat at buffets but we were surprised at the quality and variety of food. The food was fantastic, it was like eating homemade food. We highly recommend the Golden Corral in St. George, UT.

My wife and I have our own business, Generally, we have to eat between jobs, but want something where we can get alot of healthy alternatives. The Golden Corral meets that need for us but this particular one also has the added plus of friendly, efficient waitresses who if you have any questions about the area will tell you info or help you find where you're going. In other words, they don't just get drinks for you or rolls and take your dirty plates away--it's like visiting with friends everytime we go there.
