Aztec Shuttle Service

I will never use this shutte again! I booked a trip to go to St. George from the Salt Lake area. I was contacted the morning of my departure to tell me that the shuttle had mechanical problems and was running at least an hour behind. I contacted them again at 1 pm, (which was my original departure) and told they were hoping to leave around 2:30. I was dropped off at the departure location at 2 pm and the bus was there, but still had to continue north for the rest of the drop offs. I chose to get on the shuttle rather than sit in the heat until the driver returned. As we were leaving, there was a horrible grinding sound with the vehicle and the driver had to pull over. He eventually continued and we continued north. At the last north drop off, we stopped to fuel up the shuttle. The very elderly driver told a passenger that he was 79 years old and that he would eat some beef jerkey if he was tired. That made me feel so safe. As we continued driving the mechanical issues continued and we ended up at a mechanics shop. By this time is was close to 3:30. It was there that I chose to find a ride back to my home and take my own vehicle. I contacted the owner of the business and he promised a full refund plus a free ride in the future. I checked my account today, and only half the fare was refunded. I contacted the business and they said that only one way was refunded and took my info and that someone would contact me. They said the fare would be refunded in full, minus a $5 processing fee. According to them, it is something the bank charges and they have no control over it. I will be contacting the BBB to have the business checked. I'm extremely disappointed in the level of customer service and safety.

The drivers are great drivers, safe and cautious but make great time, and super helpful, friendly, and funny. It's cheaper than any other way to get to St George/Vegas/Wasatch front because they have a punch card system where your last ride is free. They're great
