Ideal Radiator Repair

We've been taking our cars to Ideal for the last two years, and to one of the mechanics for about 4 years before that. They do great work, are honest about what needs to be done without trying to get you to pay for extras, and help us out over the phone to troubleshoot. We highly recommend Greg and Greg.

Excellent service. It's nice to find a mechanic who enjoys the diagnostic problem-solving aspect of car maintenance. After repeated trips to another place for the "engine light" issue, it was resolved quickly here. Also, Ideal Radiator welcomed a return if the "fix" did not do the trick. Now I will go there for other things as well. There's a a feel of honesty and integrity which is hard to find.

About a year ago I brought my car into this place for a radiator fix,head gasket, A/C, and fuel pump, needless to say the after spending 980 bucks, only 4 months later everything went again, and my A/C never worked. I called back to see if they could help me, and they gave me the cold shoulder. I expect if I pay close to 1000 bucks for car work , it shouldnt go out out only months later.. the messed up part is they wanted to charge me to come back and look at my car!!!!! BAD PLACE!
