        Overall

        The customer service afforded to my mother, by a female "Manager" of Vivian was awful. My mother has been a long time customer of your store and was confused regarding a financial question. Upon further questioning Vivian, very rudely, snarky explained, with an " that's the way it is, what do you not understand" kind of attitude " walked away and proceeded to help someone else. She was however ,very pleasant to the young couple that was spending more than we were. Needless to say, we di
