Kay Jewelers

This store is completely unprofessional and they don't send the jewelry back by the promise date. Why have a promise date if it's not going to be back by then? We spent thousands and got treated like crap. Their sales people are very disrespectful & have serious attitude problems. I will never buy from here again and I feel like an idiot for doing it in the first place! Save your money and go to a real jeweler!

Will tell you anything to sell you product. But deny it after sale. Sales people kind of like used car salesperson. Young sales associates are very disrespectful.
