Cold Cow

Cold Cow has some of the best ice cream in St. Clair Shores. The quality is really good and I enjoy everytime I go there with my family.

this place is really good. Highly recommend. Very good service, and very good ice cream. Don't really know what else to say.

We like cold cow alot very nice people,never had a problem,yummy ice cream.

My husband and I wait every year for the Cold Cow to open! It's our favorite ice cream shop and everyone who works there is great! We called in the late evening, and even though they had just closed, they were willing to wait for us to get there to pick up our order. Not very many places will go that far for their customers and we appreciate it!

Employees are friendly but the manager/owner is quite rude and does not know how to run a business properly....As I turned to walk away after paying for my sundae, and right after I threw a $2.79 tip in the bin (because the

kids who waited on me were so polite), I dropped my sundae, plop, head first, on the dirty ground. It was an

ACCIDENT!! I did not even take ONE bite....I decided to go ahead and eat it anyways, then I started thinking about

the dirty ground and where people's shoes have been, so I asked for a new sundae, or just skim the top layer off and

put more whip cream on top, whatever, ...amazingly, .the manager told me since it wasn't her fault that I spilled my ice cream, she would charge me half-price!! I was stunned!! I couldn't believe my ears!! I responded to her that I did not drop my sundae on purpose, and a savvy business would just make the customer happy and not charge at all....she replied RUDELY, "Again, it's not our fault you dropped your sundae, so why should we eat the cost?" Needless to say, I asked for a refund, she then offered to make me a new sundae with no charge, but I opted for the refund. I was more offended by her statement that it wasn't HER fault, implying the I was clumsy on purpose, than I was that she would have charged me for another sundae....
