Overall

this place is run by kids!

my laptop crashed and they were no help at all! I swear the "technicians" were nothing more than high school kids! very unfriendly and rude. they seemed bothered by any questions i had about the quote i was given - which cost more than the laptop was worth. i ended up getting it fixed elsewhere since they seemed to be bothered by me trying to give them any business!
